OVERVIEW

A themed VR rhythm game set in an ancient Chinese temple on the top of a mountain. The guest will play as the a Kungfu learner trying to save the lost Kungfu skill and be the last master of it. I mainly worked as the environment artist, while also taking part in the game design and iteration process.

ENV ART PRODUCTION

1."Dou-Gong": Capturing traditional Chinese wooden structure.

To create a detialed and believable visual, I modeled the assets based on authentic chinese traditional wooden structure.


“Dou-Gong“, the traditional bucket arch system, which is the most iconic Chinese architectural elements, was made to be authentic.

2. Rooftop&Terrain: Substance Designer generated

For the rooftop, rafters and walls, I Substance Designer to generate the textures.
